A run failed. Was I charged?
No. Credits are returned automatically when a generation fails, and a run that never reaches the model is never deducted in the first place.
Where did my credits go after I reinstalled?
Credits belong to the install identity, which lives in the device keychain and survives a normal reinstall. Erasing the device or moving to a new phone starts a fresh identity. Email us and we will move the balance across.
Why does a video cost so much more than an image?
A ten-second clip costs us roughly forty times what a fast draft image does. The credit price of each model tracks what it actually costs to run.
Can I use my own fal.ai key?
No. Generation runs on our account so there is nothing to configure and no second bill to watch.
How do I cancel?
Settings → your name → Subscriptions on the iPhone. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
